Promotion Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement promotional campaigns for major football events (e.g., World Cup, Champions League, domestic leagues).
• Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to create innovative betting promotions.
• Develop strategies to attract new customers through targeted promotions and partnerships.
• Manage and engage football betting communities across social media platforms, forums, and other online channels.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, football fan pages, and sports-related platforms to grow visibility.
• Develop personalized offers and promotions to retain and re-engage existing customers.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions, using data insights to optimize strategies.
• Organize special promotions and competitions around major football events to maximize customer engagement.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of football leagues, teams, and tournaments, as well as sports betting markets and trends.
• 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, promotions, or campaign management (preferably in the sports betting or online gaming industry).
• Strong ability to interpret campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and growing online communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to work during weekends and football events
