Job Summary

AA91 is a leading hospitality business committed to providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our dedicated team and contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere for which we are known.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel facilities, and offer recommendations for local attractions.
  • Handle reservation requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints with a positive attitude, finding timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with management to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
  • Process payments, handle cash accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Provide guests with receipts and ensure accurate billing.
  • Monitor and ensure the security of guests and their belongings.
  • Follow company safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or suspicious activities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline 
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (experience with [specific system] is a plus).
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
