Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Check-ins and check-outs of guests
  • Respond to calls and emails
  • Responsible for keeping records of rooms and guests,
  • Creating housekeeping rosters for daily cleaning, reports directly to the operation manager


Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate must be familiar with computer
  • The candidate must be smart and teachable
  • The candidate should be good looking
  • The candidate must be a good team player and must be able to work with little or no supervision,
  • Ability to communicate clearly and speak fluently 
  • The candidate must have basic customer service experience 
  • Great with people and should be quick thinker
