Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Reception and client interaction
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Office Coordination:
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and coordinate repairs when needed.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to office policies and procedures.



Requirements:

  • Must be a female.
  • Must always look good and dress elegantly at all times
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
  • A university degree or at least a high school diploma; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time (Monday to Saturday) with occasional flexibility required.
