Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring inquiries are directed appropriately.
  • Maintain an organized and presentable front desk area.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, filing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate office supplies, mail distribution, and general office organization.
  • Support the management team with clerical duties and special projects as needed.
  • Uphold Luxeview Residence’s standards of professionalism and client service.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor with a commitment to professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
