The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff in a tech-oriented organization. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting and directing visitors, handling phone and email inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
