Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer, who will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our HR and wellbeing app. You will work closely with our internal team to ensure the app is user-friendly, secure, and scalable. Your role will involve both front-end and back-end development, integrating features such as HR document management, employee wellbeing tracking, and remote engagement tools to help build and launch this game-changing platform.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and implement both front-end and back-end components of the app.
- Build robust and scalable APIs to support HR document management and wellbeing features.
- Ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
- Perform code reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive employee data.
- Test and debug the application to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and updates as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in a project-based role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js).
- Strong back-end development skills with experience in Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar languages.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of API design and development (REST, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Experience in developing secure, data-sensitive applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working on HR or wellbeing-related platforms.
- Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices.
- Previous experience with remote-first organizations or distributed team
