Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies for growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in all departments, including sales, production, customer service, etc.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to drive the brand's vision and objectives.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and explore new market opportunities.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and partners.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure industry standards, regulations, and company policies are adhered to.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role, regardless of the industry.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Location: Lekki Phase 1
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 - 600,000
