We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Admin Manager to oversee administrative staff and operations across Africa. The successful candidate will manage administrative duties, refine, and standardize processes, and ensure efficient and effective operations across multiple countries. What you would be expected to do

Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, refine, and standardize administrative processes and procedures across multiple countries to ensure consistency and enhance efficiency.

Operational Oversight and Efficiency: Manage day-to-day operations, streamline operational processes, and optimize cost-efficiency. Examine administrative metrics to identify improvement opportunities and execute corrective actions.

Travel Management: Oversee all aspects of corporate travel, working closely with local teams. These includes booking flights, securing accommodations, obtaining travel visas, negotiating with travel service providers, and handling travel emergencies. Develop strategies to reduce costs, minimize disruptions, and ensure safety and compliance with travel policies.

Team Management and Development: Guide and mentor administrative teams across the continent, providing assistance and guidance to foster professional growth.

Escalation Management: Address high-level operational obstacles, including significant travel disruptions or emergencies, to quickly resolve issues and maintain business continuity.

Budgetary Management: Create and oversee budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control within approved financial parameters.

Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in customer service, driving enhancements across all administrative functions.

You might be a strong candidate if you have

Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative function.

Proven experience managing teams across different countries, with a strong knowledge of regional dynamics and cultural nuances.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in administration, operations, or management (e.g., CMA, CPA, PMP).

Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to assess and interpret data effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent productivity software.
