Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Storytelling: Translate complex marketing trends and news into visually compelling designs that engage and educate our audience.
- Graphic Design: Conceptualize and create high-quality LinkedIn & Instagram carousels, infographics, and social graphics that enhance storytelling.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with The Keyword’s visual identity while maintaining clarity and impact.
- Platform Focus: Design exclusively for LinkedIn and Instagram, optimizing visuals for engagement and readability.
Requirements:
- Portfolio: Demonstrable experience in graphic design for social media. Candidates without a portfolio may be asked to complete a design task as part of the interview process.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Creativity & Adaptability: Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging visuals and quickly adapt designs based on industry trends and audience feedback.
