Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing social media graphics, email templates, website banners, and digital advertisements that align with brand aesthetics.
- Craft high-quality brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and other printed collateral for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Conceptualize and design logos, brand guidelines, and other essential branding elements to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Create innovative and functional product packaging and labels that effectively communicate the brand’s message and appeal to the target audience.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual style and branding guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs, ensuring the final output meets expectations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve design quality and creativity.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines for multiple design projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience in both digital and print design projects, including social media graphics, brochures, and packaging.
- Creativity and an eye for detail, ensure all designs are visually appealing and professional.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of branding and the ability to maintain design consistency across different mediums.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work is a must.
