Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually appealing social media graphics, email templates, website banners, and digital advertisements that align with brand aesthetics.
  • Craft high-quality brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and other printed collateral for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Conceptualize and design logos, brand guidelines, and other essential branding elements to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Create innovative and functional product packaging and labels that effectively communicate the brand’s message and appeal to the target audience.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual style and branding guidelines.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs, ensuring the final output meets expectations.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve design quality and creativity.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines for multiple design projects simultaneously.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Experience in both digital and print design projects, including social media graphics, brochures, and packaging.
  • Creativity and an eye for detail, ensure all designs are visually appealing and professional.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of branding and the ability to maintain design consistency across different mediums.
  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work is a must.
