Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop OAL’s business development strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and partnerships.
- Oversee client relationship management, market research, and development of proposals to drive revenue.
- Collaborate closely with legal teams to align business development goals with OAL’s strategic direction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.
