Head, Electrical Shift

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance electricians, providing mentorship and support in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO-related safety norms and standards in all electrical maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, including Topra and BHS machines, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, ensuring timely repairs and servicing.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for electrical systems and machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and electrical system performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules.
• Train team members on best practices for electrical safety and maintenance.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, specifically with Topra and BHS systems.
• Familiarity with ISO safety standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and energetic approach to work.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant certifications in electrical maintenance or engineering.
• Experience with automation and control systems is a plus.
