Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement an outsourcing business strategy to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting enterprises seeking outsourcing solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and value propositions tailored to client needs.
Strategic Partnerships & Vendor Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard outsourcing partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Establish long-term relationships with outsourcing vendors to enhance service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and service agreements with external partners.
- Ensure outsourcing vendors meet agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
Client Engagement & Solution Selling:
- Work closely with clients to understand their outsourcing needs and customize solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Provide consulting expertise on how outsourcing can enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape in outsourcing.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new outsourcing service offerings.
- Analyze client and industry needs to refine business development strategies.
Financial & Performance Management:
- Develop and manage the outsourcing business budget, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Track key performance metrics related to outsourcing revenue, client acquisition, and vendor performance.
- Present financial projections and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Consulting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, outsourcing, or consulting.
- Proven track record of securing high-value outsourcing contracts.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and contract management skills.
- Deep understanding of outsourcing models, including BPO, KPO, and shared services.
- Experience working with global clients and managing multi-region outsourcing initiatives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex business relationships.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in outsourcing for industries like IT, Finance, HR, or Customer Service.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
