Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Development of existing & new businesses/ Strategic Partnerships for business growth
- To develop a Roadmap and Marketing Plan for the introduction/enhancement of services
- Ensure continued growth of Unified Payment market share in the VAS sector
- To monitor and analyze market, market trends and technologies locally and globally
- Supervise relationship management practices by R. Os with existing billers to grow the prevailing businesses
- Monitor and ensure stakeholder management - Retailers, shared Agents, Biller aggregators, vendors, banks, consumers, platforms as well as products.
- Ensure staff appraisals, team meetings, and personal development programs are in place for the team
- Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with various billers & agents
- Ensures all department projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives as well as ensures cost are kept in line with budget.
- Preparing monthly reports showing the various income lines which is presented to management
- Product Development & Optimization Management.
- Carry out Market research and discovery as well as Departmental budgeting and forecasting
- Hire temporary and permanent employees as business needs dictates
Requirements:
- 10 -15 years’ relevant experience, with 3-4 years heading a team
