Digitization Associate

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the factory's digitalization strategy.
  
• Identify opportunities for process automation and data analytics to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into existing workflows.
• Manage data governance and ensure data quality across all digital initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in data engineering, data analytics, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of data management, machine learning, and automation technologies.
• Familiarity with industrial IoT, cloud computing, and digital tools relevant to manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
