We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to join a reputable real estate company in Victoria Island, Lagos. This role is ideal for a proactive HR leader who is passionate about fostering a positive work culture and driving talent management initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees.
- Manage employee relations, promote a positive workplace culture, and handle grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and development programs.
- Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the real estate or corporate sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
