Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and KPIs, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach in all trade activities, addressing client needs and concerns proactively.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in B2B e-commerce or related industries.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in B2B e-commerce or related industries.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Sales management and supplier relationship management.
  • Proficient in using Zoho CRM.
  • Project management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
