Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and KPIs, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach in all trade activities, addressing client needs and concerns proactively.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in B2B e-commerce or related industries.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- 7+ years of proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in B2B e-commerce or related industries.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Sales management and supplier relationship management.
- Proficient in using Zoho CRM.
- Project management.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics and develop effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
