Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and innovative ESG Associate to spearhead our factory's sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, sustainability practices, or data science-related fields, along with a commitment to driving sustainable practices within our operations. This role will be responsible for reporting sustainability metrics to corporate and leading projects that align with our sustainability goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the factory's sustainability strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor and report on sustainability metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
- Identify and lead sustainability projects aimed at reducing environmental impact and enhancing resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into all aspects of operations.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to drive insights and support decision-making in sustainability initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability.
- Engage with stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and the community, to promote sustainability initiatives.
- Present sustainability performance reports to senior management and corporate stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sustainability management, environmental compliance, or corporate responsibility.
- Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, certifications, and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, ISO 14001).
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to support sustainability reporting.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
