Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Manage employee relations, handling conflicts and grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, health and safety standards, and workplace policies.
- Maintain HR records, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Work closely with hotel management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Address workforce challenges and implement best HR practices to support hotel operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee training, and performance management.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
