Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of Grandswiss hotel which is a 5 star luxury hotel, located in Anambra state. This individual has to ensure exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue and maintaining high standards of service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, optimizing revenue and controlling costs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy rates.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and present reports on hotel performance to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role (5+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
