Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, public spaces, and hallways according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries, ensuring a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all assigned areas.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues in guest rooms and facilities.
- Manage and replenish cleaning supplies, laundry, and housekeeping stock.
- Maintain proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and hotel policies to provide a secure environment
- Assist in deep cleaning schedules and emergency cleaning when required.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and front desk to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
Requirements:
- OND/ND in Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in a housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment
