Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of employees.
- Enforce compliance with employee handbook.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Develop and implement HR policies, job descriptions and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, NDPR, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Organize training and professional development programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR functions.
- Skilled in conflict management and organizational restructuring.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, NDPR, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 500,000
