Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, deliveries
  • Support various teams within the organization as needed, including but not limited to Human Resources, finance, and marketing.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
  • Plan and coordinate events, interviews, pop-ups
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Manage daily schedules and operations

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with the semi-skilled and communicate on their level.
  • Ability to perform HR and admin functions
  • Minimum of 3 years experience


Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000 monthly
