Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process for various positions across multiple regions (Europe, Asia, Africa).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain organized records of candidate applications and interview feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Must have a conducive home work environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Mental resilience and boldness in addressing challenges.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Degree in a related field
- Must have a suitable home office environment, including a personal laptop/desktop and a reliable internet connection.
