The HR Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources for the group of companies, which operate across the online classifieds, fintech, and real estate sectors. This person will play a critical role in fostering a positive and productive work
environment for all employees and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies across all business units, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and handle disciplinary issues, in accordance with company policies and procedures, across all business units.
Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, across all business units.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, including equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination laws, across all business units.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting performance standards, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching, across all business units.
Employee Development: Develop and implement employee development programs,
including training and professional development opportunities, across all business units.
Policy Development: Develop and update company policies and procedures as needed across all business units.
Payroll Administration: Work with the account department to prepare staff monthly payroll.
