Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the real estate sector.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention of real estate agents and administrative staff.
  • Oversee agent performance management, commission structures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate employment regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance agent and employee performance.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and performance review systems specific to the real estate workforce.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational culture and employee engagement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the real estate industry (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of real estate employment models, agent management, and commission structures.
  • Proven ability to recruit and retain top talent in a sales-driven environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with HR software, payroll systems, and real estate compliance requirements.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
