Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, facilitating their integration into the company.

- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR-related documentation.
- Utilize HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources management
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and leading HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
