In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations of the three brands under AJ Skylar Limited namely: The Braiding Vault, Sshhh Lingerie, and The Vault Store. This includes recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including stylists, assistants, management and administrative staff.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees to support their professional development.
- Planning and organizing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Managing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborating with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
- Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience
- Degree in a related field
- Proven work experience as Human Resource Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Understanding of HR Policies
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
