Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selecti
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues in a confidential and professional manner.
- Support the HR Manager in handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both hard and soft copies).
- Prepare and manage employee contracts, job descriptions, and other HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll administration and ensure that all HR-related documents are compliant with company policy.
- Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems and provide support in setting performance goals.
- Track employee performance reviews and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee development and skill enhancement.
- Track employees’ progress and offer support in career development planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling all employee records and information in accordance with local regulations.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports for senior management and relevant departments.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including handling employee inquiries, preparing internal communications, and managing office HR activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related roles. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
