Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and guide the HR team, promoting professional development and setting performance standards. Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment with HR goals and address any issues proactively. Act as a point of escalation for HR-related queries and issues, providing support to the team on complex cases.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and effective conflict resolution. Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing and supporting engagement and recognition programs.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate performance review processes, working closely with managers to ensure fair evaluations and goal-setting. Support employee development through training programs, coaching, and continuous feedback.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and oversee the HR database to ensure data integrity.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Support change management initiatives and communicate HR strategy to employees effectively.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related social science fields. CIPM or SHRM certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and data management tools
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
