We are seeking to hire an HR/Admin manager who will oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and manage personnel files.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
- Assist in payroll processing, employee benefits, and leave management.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee relations, address grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
- Manage office administration tasks, including procurement of supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
- Provide general support to staff and handle inquiries related to HR and office matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- HR certification e.g. CIPM is a plus.
- Experience with HR systems.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
