We are seeking to hire an HR/Admin manager who will oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and manage personnel files.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
  • Assist in payroll processing, employee benefits, and leave management.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations, address grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage office administration tasks, including procurement of supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
  • Provide general support to staff and handle inquiries related to HR and office matters.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • HR certification e.g. CIPM is a plus.
  • Experience with HR systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
