The HR Business Partner will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute human resources policies and procedures.
- Support performance and talent management processes.
- Manage outsourcing firms and outsourced employees.
- Payroll Management.
- Collect and analyze human resources data, and make recommendations for changes to management.
- Placing ads on internal and external job boards, arranging interviews, and making job offers.
- Create and implement new hire orientation programs.
- Manage employees' HMO.
- Manage company’s lounge.
- Provide customer service to all employees at all levels.
- Manages all vacation and employee records.
- Manage time and attendance.
- Conduct Surveys.
- Plan team-building activities.
- B.sc in Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 6 -10 years’ experience in a related role.
- Tribal Preference: Igbo and Hausa, Ibibio.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Good Communication skills - verbal and written
- Good Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws
- Problem analysis and solving skills
- Computer Literate.
