Job Summary

The HR Business Partner will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute human resources policies and procedures.
  • Support performance and talent management processes.
  • Manage outsourcing firms and outsourced employees.
  • Payroll Management.
  • Collect and analyze human resources data, and make recommendations for changes to management.
  • Placing ads on internal and external job boards, arranging interviews, and making job offers.
  • Create and implement new hire orientation programs.
  • Manage employees' HMO.
  • Manage company’s lounge.
  • Provide customer service to all employees at all levels.
  • Manages all vacation and employee records.
  • Manage time and attendance.
  • Conduct Surveys.
  • Plan team-building activities.


Requirements:
  • B.sc in Social Sciences.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a related role.
  • Tribal Preference: Igbo and Hausa, Ibibio.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Good Communication skills  - verbal and written
  • Good Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws
  • Problem analysis and solving skills
  • Computer Literate.
