Job Summary

The HR Business Partner will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources.

Minimum Qualification : Degree
Experience Level : Mid level
Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Design and execute human resources policies and procedures.
Support performance and talent management processes.
Manage outsourcing firms and outsourced employees.
Payroll Management.
Collect and analyze human resources data, and make recommendations for changes to management.
Placing ads on internal and external job boards, arranging interviews, and making job offers.
Create and implement new hire orientation programs.
Manage employees' HMO.
Manage company’s lounge.
Provide customer service to all employees at all levels.
Manages all vacation and employee records.
Manage time and attendance.
Conduct Surveys.
Plan team-building activities.

Requirements:

B.sc in Social Sciences.
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a related role.
Tribal Preference: Igbo and Hausa, Ibibio.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Good Communication skills - verbal and written
Good Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws
Problem analysis and solving skills
Computer Literate.
