Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Manage job postings, interview schedules, and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Remuneration: NGN 350,000
