Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and industry regulations, and work to improve workplace safety and wellness.
  • Analyse HR data and provide reports to senior management on trends, performance, and HR metrics.
  • Lead or assist with HR projects aimed at improving organizational processes and employee satisfaction.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory


Requirements:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resource
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in managing the HR Dept of a mid-sized to large organisation.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation,and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and  HR best practices
