Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including attendance and leave data.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, pension schemes, and other statutory obligations (PAYE, NHF, NSITF, etc.).
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless salary disbursement.
- Generate and present payroll reports for management review.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and statutory requirements to ensure full compliance.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Nigerian labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
