Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Manage the onboarding process, including preparation of offer letters, contracts, and induction programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and resolving workplace issues promptly.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and wellness programs.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and development plans.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and grievance processes in a fair and consistent manner.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Oversee employee benefits enrollment and address related inquiries.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data confidentiality.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in organizing and conducting company-wide meetings, training, and events.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee-related transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
