Job Summary

A leader in luxury jewelry, fashion, and retail seeks a dedicated Human Resources/Personal Assistant to support our dynamic team. This role ensures smooth HR operations and executive support to upper management. The ideal candidate will showcase professionalism, organization, and discretion, aligning with the brand's elegance and sophistication.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Human Resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the executive team and employees, handling sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications, HR documentation, and reports.
  • Support HR initiatives such as training, employee engagement programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain organized HR records and ensure timely updating of employee files and databases.
  • Act as a bridge between HR and other departments, promoting a collaborative and constructive work culture.
  • Assist in organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and other corporate functions.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably within the retail, fashion, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Document Management and Productivity Tools, Collaboration & Communication Tools, Time Management & Scheduling Tools.
  • A polished and professional appearance, reflecting the prestige of our brand.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours as needed, including occasional weekends and travel.
