Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
- Help administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and goal-setting.
- Support employee relations by providing guidance and helping resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- 3-5 years of cognate experience
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 350,000
