Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive ICT curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Provide hands-on experiences and practical applications of ICT concepts to enhance understanding.
- Develop fair and effective assessment methods to evaluate students' understanding and progress. Provide constructive feedback to students, fostering a growth mindset and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of ICT resources, including computers, software, and peripherals. Stay updated on advancements in technology to recommend and implement improvements to the ICT infrastructure.
- Provide guidance and support to students in exploring and pursuing ICT-related interests and career paths. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and respect.
Requirements:
- Relevant knowledge or experience in IT, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and relevant packages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of various ages and backgrounds
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools and resources.
