Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain our technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment of new features and updates
• Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Manage and optimize our cloud services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high availability
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, data privacy regulations, and industry standards
• Provide technical support for internal teams, including training and documentation
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 coverage
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Manage backend operations and activities
