ICT Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems •
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements 
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems 
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or similar relevant field
• Proven experience as an ICT specialist or similar role for a minimum of 3 years 
• Familiarity with networking, hardware, software, cctv, telephony, endpoint devices and operating systems.
• Must possess strong analytical interpersonal, and communication skills and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
• Ability to work occasional off-hours duty to permit timely attention to mission critical functions.
• Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative and multitask
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Valid MCSE, CompTIA, ITIL and other ICT certification will be considered an advantage

Location: Ahiazu Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 Monthly Gross
