Inspection Officer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of facilities, equipment, or properties to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Identify, document, and report any deficiencies, hazards, or violations observed during inspections.
• Review and assess operational procedures to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve identified issues promptly.
• Monitor corrective actions to ensure proper implementation and effectiveness.
• Verify that products, services, or operations meet regulatory and organizational standards.
• Keep up-to-date with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the inspection process.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure previously identified issues have been rectified.
• Provide guidance and training to staff or clients on compliance and inspection standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and related documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, including management and external authorities.

Requirements:

• Male is most preferred for this role
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Proven Experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Lagos real estate market
• Excellent communication and Intrapersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be social media savvy
• Self-motivated and result Oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite
