Job Summary
We are seeking for a results-driven Insurance Advisor to provide financial advice to clients on retirement planning, investment strategies, education savings, and life insurance protection. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting financial needs analyses, and presenting customized financial proposals to clients.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads to build a robust client base.
- Meet with clients to assess their financial needs and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses.
- Present tailored financial proposals that align with client goals
- Discuss and market insurance options that suit client needs.
- Achieve a monthly target of 800k in sales.
Compensation:
- Attractive Commission weekly depending on the product sold.
- Performance Based Allowance (PBA) of 50,000 naira, paid monthly when a deposit of 800,000 naira is brought in by the candidate within a month.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed recommendations.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Strictly graduate with a minimum of HND
