Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Customer acquisition and product promotion:
- Identify and cultivate potential customers through multiple channels.
- Promote and explain our range of insurance products, highlighting their benefits and features.
Customer retention and relationship management:
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued coverage.
- Pay close attention to the insurance renewal work next year to ensure that customers continue to be protected.
Sales and Renewal Goals:
- Complete the sales goals set by the company, including new policy sales, renewals, and batch maintenance goals.
Requirements:
- Industry experience: At least 1 year of work experience in the insurance industry.
