Job Description/Requirements
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
Collect information from clients on their risk profiles to offer them the proper solution.
Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavors.
Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.
Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation.
Fulfill all company-established policy obligations.
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, primarily insurance brokers and direct clients.
Introducing new products and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with clients.
Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients, brokers and third parties.
Maintaining detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with colleagues.
Ensuring credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors' products.
Requirements
Must have a vast knowledge of business development.Must be working for an Insurance Brokerage for top Companies like ARK, SCIB, YOA, Hogg Robinson, Femi Johnson, IBN,etc. Must have a decent portfolio (corporate accounts).5-7years of experience.CIIN Certificate A+ is an added advantage.
