Interior Architect/Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Generate and review accurate shop drawings to guide production and installation.
• Liaise with factory teams to ensure production timelines, quality, and specifications are met.
• Oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials, including boards, accessories, and work tools.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery of materials.
• Manage and support work teams, such as carpenters, and steel workers - ensuring their welfare, performance, and adherence to project standards.
• Schedule and allocate teams to various sites as per project demands
• Coordinate activities across multiple sites to meet deadlines and deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates and deliverables.
• Address and manage client expectations with a focus on satisfaction and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in interior design and as a furniture production manager
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Must be able to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Sketch Up, Revit, 3Ds Max, and Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Leadership skills to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for bespoke furniture

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000
