IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing information technology and computer systems
• Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations
• Managing IT staff.
• Creating job posts, interviewing and hiring qualified candidates, relaying information between upper management and. department employees and managing the department budget.
• Conducting routine evaluations of network and data security, locating and seizing chances to enhance and update software and systems, creating and implementing the organization’s IT policy and best practice manuals, creating workshops and training programmes for staff, and performing routine system audits

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of BSc in Computer Science, or similar field
• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Ability to manage personnel
