Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure clients are informed of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Requirements:
